This is a great product for the mouse alone, the keyboard is nothing special and the layout is a bit annoying because it is a laptop type keyboard (but the small size makes it nice for whatever typing you might have to do on the couch). The mouse is great for controlling a HTPC from the couch. Using the mouse consists of pushing the trigger, moving you hand in the direction you want to go, and releasing the trigger when you want to stop. It dosnt have much of a learning curve, but precision mouse pointing is not going to happen (dont try to play FPS computer games with it). The mouse also doubles as a table top optical mouse.
