Shopping

Orders may be placed through our secure online store. We accept alll major credit cards, Paypal and eChecks. Purchase Orders can be used for established clients.

Shipping

We ship via UPS or USPS. Most items are shipped in 1-3 business days from the time you order. Items which take longer are marked on the item page. Some items are made to order and can take up to 8 weeks.

International orders may be charged customs or duties fees upon entry to your country. Lumenlab can not control or be held responsible for these fees.

Shipping Quotes

You should be able to get a shipping quote in the online shopping cart. Add products to your cart and look toward the bottom of the screen on the cart page. You can select your country, postal code etc and return a quote.

Warranty and Returns

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

micRo carries a 90 day parts warranty. We will send replacements for faulty parts but do not do repairs. All robots are inspected before they are shipped. Order cancellations may carry a 15% fee.

Refunds may be given as a store credit, credit to your card, paypal or check. Please allow 15 business days to process refunds.

Privacy

Lumenlab respects your privacy and will never sell or trade your personal information, including email, name, phone or address. All store transactions are encrypted and sent over a secure connection. We do not store credit card numbers.

Accessing Your Account

We just moved to a new store on Nov 30, 2009. Customer accounts and orders are in the process of being copied over.
